Free shipping on orders of $69 or more

When your product subtotal (before taxes and shipping) is $69 or more, we take up to $20 off your shipping. If shipping to your address costs more than $20, you pay only the difference, shown at checkout. The shipping credit has no cash value. Wholesale orders are not eligible.

Where and how we ship

We ship to US addresses only. The carriers, delivery options and rates available for your address are shown at checkout, with rates provided directly by our carriers.

Returns

You can return unopened products within 14 days of delivery. Email us first at [email protected] with your order number and we will send you the return address. Return shipping is paid by the customer; we refund the product price once we receive the products.

Damaged, defective or incorrect products

If an item arrives damaged, defective, missing or incorrect, email us at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or refund the item, including the related shipping costs.
